Being one half Noire, Nenito has has put on Noire's clothes, well her clothes, no doubt Noire will have several of them, because worn clothes need washing, so several of the same outfit will be needed, one of them merged with Neptune's to create a combination upon Neptune and Noire fusing. Nenito found spare outfits and put one on.
